It's About Damn Time

The love of my life, Connie and I began our lives together in 1973. It took 40 years for our loving and dedicated relationship to be 'recognized' by the legal system in our country. We were married in Washington D.C., our nation's capitol on November 21, 2013. Our short, simple ceremony was performed by this wonderful 'officiant' in the U.S. Botanic Garden. Last month on January 6, 2015... the state of Florida finally legalized same sex marriage so we are now legal in our home state!
