No Gold at the end of this rainbow

A day of walks ,rain and gardening.The day started off with a walk to the beach in a drizzle of rain. We returned to breakfast of home made waffles and then on with making pie filling.Once complete off for the second walk of the day in a park we had not visited before and the rain stopped temporarily for us.The park has forest if natural fauna and flora, where we could see evidence of the bush fires from earlier years. Rain started again as we stopped off to pick up a baguette for lunch. The rain stopped again before an afternoon of gardening .An after dinner walk completed the activities for today.
