unhelpful growth

8:30am and walking the dogs before heading to the second day of the course I started yesterday.

I opted to take the car as the weather forecast meant the bike would've been outside in five hours of rain (rust-inducing when mixed with the salt on the routes). 

Got out for a wee run at the lunch break tho. Which is good.

Home sharp after picking up some messages.

Made dinner and enjoyed an evening of West Wing with Mrs theWeir.

Biggest refection from the course:  sometimes the thing that keeps us comfortable is actually the thing that's restricting us.

I'm not saying we shouldn't be content or at rest. But there's more than settling for less-than-we-were-made for.
