Lock For A Gate To An Empty Field.

Today I took Johnny out for a dressage lesson, as soon as I got on board, it started snowing and the minute the lesson finished, it stopped snowing..isn't that just typical! We got very wet and very cold, but it was still really enjoyable, although the countdown to my next competition seems to be going quicker than my current rate of improvement!

I pass this lock on this gate on my way to the yard, it always seems such an excessive lock for a gate to an empty field.
