A canal walk

This afternoon I went for a walk along the Llangollen Canal close to where I live. It was a beautiful mix of sun along the canal and snow on the hills.

I was on my own and passed very few people but plenty of birds - no boats were moving along the canal, it's the wrong time of year for most holiday makers. I got talking to the young couple that live on the boat in the photo. They had arrived in the area two years ago and are still here. The young lady was taking photos and I told them about Blip so they might sign up.
