Party animals

It was late afternoon when we went to feed the ducks at Blackford Pond and it was obvious all the ducks had been well fed as they all seemed to be riding low in the water and looking very sleepy even the swans had their heads under their wings and were totally uninterested by the rustling bread bags. However the seagulls were a different story as they were still in party mood and the fought and squabbled over evert last crumb that was thrown into the water. It must so exhausting being a Seagull.
