Day for dobs

Long run from home, over the northern Pentlands and back on a beautiful morning. Lots of frozen ground and some sheet ice, so glad to be wearing my shoes with small metal "dob" studs. Hard towards the end, but will feel the benefit next time.

Back just as the Old Firm game kicked off: poor game but right result.Tired, but will try to be useful at home before the rest of the family return from London.
