Summer Time?
Hopefully this is summertime at last , a beautiful, warm sunny day and a very good forecast for the rest of the week. We really need a day to relax and reharge the batteries after a hectic weekend. friday night across to Fintry Music festival to se the Eddie reader concert, fabulous night; Saturday off to tarbert Loch Fyne then back up to the top of the loch to Auchendrain for our local Food festival also very enjoyable and interesting; finally the high point of the weekend, off over the Rest and be thankful, through Dumbarton , over to Erskine bridge and up the M8 to Airdrie to enjoy the wonderful day when our team played their hearts out with skill and grace ( according to the Herald) and according to us as well. Fab celebrations at the Rock stadium before getting home very , verylate. Almost back down to earth now.
So today we relaxed working in the garden, I cut the grass and tidied some flower beds, John wotked in the green house and his vegetable garden. hard work but mentally very relaxing.
The bees were buzzing around me as I worked so, off course the camera had to be brought out, I liked this of the bee in the rhodie bush best. hope you do too.
