In a field beside the main road between Munlochy and Avoch. I suspect it's part of Roskill farm, which is (in)famous locally for welcoming a test crop of Aventis genetically modified oilseed rape, a good few years ago. They didn't welcome the associated protest camp.

Can't help but wonder if the farm workers that probably had to erect this thing, are of the same mind as its message...
