The Best of Souk al-Ahad

Ahmad, from Damascus, is an artist and merchant at Beirut’s Souk Al-Ahad. He sells much of what he makes at his stall, such as traditional knives, in addition to antiques. He travels back and forth to Damascus often, bringing art of friends to sell as well. A friend, Malik, who is still in the country, did the paintings for sale in his stall.
