Choices

Sometimes you don't have to choose.
Sometimes you can have both.
I recall the first time I made this cake.
The chocolate cake wasn't even finished cooling yet and I couldn't decide between chocolate fudge or cream cheese icing.
Why couldn't I have both?
(I realized that it wouldn't be that different from Black & White cookies which I love.)
I have learned over time that sometimes the solution is all about defining the real problem...even with cake. :)
