Photoshop meltdown

Photoshop collapsed last night when I was preparing a blip - it's scratch file on the C: drive was full and for some annoying reason I couldn't create one on the much bigger D: drive. Apparently a known problem. So I decided a complete rebuild was needed dispensing with the 2nd internal drive but having a single large C which can have a huge scratchfile on it. So tonight I have got this far. I will reload Photoshop in the morning and catch up with my blips after that!
