old orchard

An old apple orchard in blossom once again. We couldn't get along the end of it, as the footpath was very overgrown! Some of the trees look as if they could have done with a prune, but it is a very pretty sight.
Notice the way the trees have been planted in straight lines! Perhaps this makes the picking easier.
