Top of Blue Bank

Today the weather has deteriorated with the morning skies grey and rain and wind abound. As there was no snow though I have decided to go to watch Barnsley. I feel ok today and it will be good to have a ride out and see my son. I have now arrived at the ground and resisted the temptation to take a pic of the stadium.

I took a few pics en route but with none of the good weather of the past few days. As you leave Whitby through Sleights you go up a steepish hill called Blue Bank. I stopped at the top to take a few of the moor and of the surrounding areas. It was bitterly cold so I did not stay long. Anyway the blip I have displayed was my best effort.

I won't be home until dark and if THE REDS do not win my mood will be even darker. But I always start optimistic. Have a good Saturday whatever you are doing.
