Lines Down

I haven't received the the email the unmentionable mobile phone company promised me on Monday so I went to check they had my email address correct. They couldn't tell me because it had been sent off to HQ. All they could tell me was that my case hadn't been allocated yet.

"But we'll phone to let you know how things are going if you give us your number."

"You've blocked my phone. That's why I'm here. For you to get my phone working."
