Alpine Trail, Riverside Park

The dog and I took a blip walk on the Alpine Trail in Riverside Park.  The park is on a bluff overlooking the James River and the trail clings to the cliff face.  It's actually quite a drop to the river.  

Just as we walked onto the trail, I heard a train start on the trestle.  I wasn't in position to catch it - but one day!   When we take the train to NYC we cross the trestle and it is a real treat to look out from that vantage point.
