I am not a number...oh, actually I am

Skived out of work this afternoon for a doctor's appointment about my ankle/achilles/heel.

He didn't actually tell me anything I didn't already know but at least reassured me that there was nothing more sinister going on. Unfortunately -for my sanity- he suggested a month's rest and then a physio appointment before I get going again...looks like it's just swimming for the time being.

I will be on the start lines for Stafford and London though!
