Snow! We woke up to a good covering this morning, it's the first decent amount we've had since we moved to Polmont, I was starting to think that maybe we didn't get any because of all the heat from Grangemouth! So today turned into a very long day. I was working a normal day shift, and one of the night staff called in sick, so to help out I volunteered to work the back shift as well...seemed a good thing to do at the time, but by the time midnight came I was well aware that I had worked 15 hours! To be fair it wasn't as bad as I thought it might be, it was actually quite a pleasant back shift that kept me fairly busy but not manic, but I won't be doing it again in a hurry!
