Banana and chocolate chip cake, the same cake I originally woo'd Alastair with roughly 6/7 years ago. Unfortunately I didn't quite leave myself enough time to bake it before leaving for my on-call so it was slightly on the under baked side (Paul Hollywood would not be impressed) but still perfectly acceptable in my (and more importantly my husbands) eyes!
