nice steady day ..finished at 2:15.. gilrs are off to gym in a mo .. so only thing to do is 10 km on the rower.. whats for tea tonite,?, ali has announced its a kebab...lolololol... sort of negates the rowing but on the plus side i shouldnt be no worse off for it ..
