Cinnamon Buns

These should have been flavoured with cardamom. Went to buy some cardamom at Real Foods, picked up a packet, thought, I'll have a larger size and picked it up. It was only when I opened it, and went to smell it, I discovered that somehow I had picked up celery salt!

These were inspired by a visited to Peter's Yard yesterday. I just love their flavours! My "guinea pig" tasters liked the buns, but perhaps better with cardamom next time!
