Suction

Despite being warm today the sun has so far failed to break through the cloud cover. I saw this snail resting on a twig oblivious to the world when I went for a quick walk around the nature reserve!

Rob has a tennis tournament after school so I'm off to watch and cheer him on shortly. Gav is at a conference today and tomorrow so is away overnight so I'm planning a quick spaghetti bolognese for me and the kids and then an early night for us all. Lucy will be spending the evening revising for yet another exam tomorrow - English Literature!

The most exciting thing that has happened in the last few hours is that we have finally booked a holiday - 11 nights in Portugal!!

Can't wait :)
