Cool thermostat

Like a Nest, but analogue.

Dropped in to see the old owner of one of our houses to collect some shingles. I've been putting off going up there for ages for whatever reason and it turns out the shingles are exactly what I needed for another property.

Best thing is that I don't have to fit the shingles to the other property! Picked them up and drove them straight to the other places. Quick test and the shingles perfectly match the ones on ther other property. Result.

Interesting seeing the old chap though, they have one final rental next door to them, and he did show me round it as it was empty. Very stark white, just redecorated. Think he's in two minds about renting it or selling it now. He's got to be 87 I think now so renting might be forefront of his mind. Who knows. I'm sure he'll contact us if he wants to get rid of it.

The thermostat was obviously on the wall of that property.
