Impressionist Photograph

I used the Topaz Impressions plug in to turn this photograph into what looks like a painting. The photo itself has some problems; but in this form I quite like it. I am getting more and more accustomed to the various Topaz plug ins I bought for myself for Christmas. They are great software and have really expanded my capabilities on the "digital darkroom."
