So the snow fell (lightly) and we headed off to work, my wife leaving before me.
Whether people were staying at home, or they decided to travel later, I had one of the easiest drives to the office since between Christmas and New Year.

Then it was meetings, phone calls, finalising papers, sifting job applications then home in the dark.
