29 January 2015 - Between the Showers

I am really tired this evening so this will be a short entry.  I had a good day at work, I love my work colleagues, really glad that they are so lovely and interesting; they make the day go by so easily.


Managed to get out and about at lunchtime today, dodging the showers which I am grateful for.  Stood on the jetty and took my picture of the waves crashing in, I reduced the shutter speed so that the picture is slightly over exposed (that was on purpose!!!)


Been to Bodyfit this evening,managed to drag myself up the hill in the wind and rain. I am not going to lie I am REALLY, REALLY knackered now and am slightly worried that I will not be able to pick up anything tomorrow.   



Listened to an interview with the RFU Chief Executive this evening on BBC Radio  Five Live, I cannot wait for the Six Nations to start next week, however as an England fan living in Wales, I am very nervous about the opening match, oh dear!
