Point of Order - Den Haag 2015

A very, very, long, long day going from committee to committee in various locations around the World Forum,  observing our students in debate.  

Yesterday's mild almost sunny weather has vanished to be replaced by icy rain and wind. Ah, this is the Hague that I know.
