Everyday enjoyment
Take
40g porridge oats
A handful of dried fruit, your favourite from cherries/cranberries/ mixed berries/ raisins/dates/ mixed fruit
Mix together with 75ml apple juice, cover and leave to soak in the fridge overnight.
In the morning, add a sprinkle of dark cooking chocolate chips and top with a spoonful of Greek yogurt.
Breakfast like a king :)
