Healthy option

A truly lazy blip today. Hubby is back at work after one of his long breaks so I was out of work in daylight to pick Lottie up. In spite of a light covering of snow I was too lazy to get out with the camera.

So instead this is the start of my healthy soup that I've made tonight, which is also a good way of not throwing left over veg out.
