Hands 4

An SP, of sorts. Marc said I should try a photo with a much less shallow depth of field, so I did. The hardest thing was trying to think of how to pose!

Taught lessons, had lots more one to one appointments, came home, went for a run, burgers for tea and a bit of camera faffery. All good.

Run 6: very very cold, and very very slow. But I did it even when the weather app said it was -1!!!
