View from the office........

I hadn't noticed but Darren came in to let me know that it was snowing, quite big flakes, by the time he left and I got my camera out it had stopped!

Big slippery on the way home but not too bad.

Boss spoke to me just before I left tonight, small compromise but at least my comment has been recognised.  Instead of waiting six months for a review it will only be four months then she can get me up on to the next band on the new pay scale which is about £8k wide and she will be able to give me a bigger increase.  When she comes back from Costa Rica the week after next and I have my new objectives it will be head down and prove to them I can do an even better job than I do now :-)
