Sledding

Yesterday, when we were walking BB on Boston Common, the place was cram jam packed with revelers playing in the snow.  Hundreds of happy kids were tobogganing down slopes, college kids were making forts and lobbing snow balls, and others amused themselves making angels.  Sadly, after taking only two photographs, my camera decided it was the perfect time for the battery to die.

Today on our mid-morning stroll, I brought a refreshed camera along, but there were far fewer people enjoying winter's delights today.  I guess schools and offices are back in business!  Nevertheless, there were a few gleeful children squealing with delight as they slid their way downhill at the base of the Soldiers and Sailors Monument.
