Colourful Umbrella

If one was stupid enough to leave the warmth of  at one's house today I feel sure that umbrellas would have been required.
This photo is of part of a beautiful umbrella I inherited from my dear mother in law.  It has a wonderful undersea pattern but I regret I hardly ever use it as it is so big the wind loves it; so in weather when I need a brolly it stays inside and I use a smaller one that can be folded back into my bag when in the shops etc.  
I still keep it though as it is so decorative - more of a sunshade than brolly in my view.
Not looking forward to later as I have to go out and it is not pleasant out there. Rain, hail and wind...yuk!
