Oh What a Night

49 years ago this night was the first night we shared as a married couple. Our partnership has grown stronger with the years. Much has happened for us, and to us, and a not inconsiderable amount from us. I am the luckiest man in the world.

Tonight we remembered those early years as students, in the city that is New Zealand’s university town; Dunedin. We watched a movie and it was as if we were back there again. Enjoying the music of the Four Seasons especially this one.

All great things need to be balanced with something small. On a lunch time stroll today, I saw a hen sparrow in a flax bush.
