No More Lamingtons

Today at work we (I) finished the gluten free jam Lamingtons my (Australian) boss had baked for Australia day. A new experience for me, but very tasty! I also had two meetings, had a morning and short lunchtime walk, and Tim stayed over. And I pretty much finished my courses for the week on the train - woo!
