Undercarriage down!

Coming into land a huge Heron, so it's under carriage down and wing feathers in the landing position! Ok, so it's a very big crop as the bird was quite far away at the Mangrove lake at Shatti, but I was amazed at what detail the lens & camera had captured! He did not like other smaller Herons on his 'patch' and this is him seeing off a smaller Heron! He was a big bully!
