An Ordinary Picture

That's what I told my husband, but he reassured me that, though the photo may have been ordinary, the fact that I was outside on the deck with this cardinal taking his picture was not so ordinary.  He isn't tame, by any means, and I have no desire to make him anything but a bird who doesn't get too worried about the crazy lady with the camera taking pictures of him, his female and the fledglings when they come along....
