Backblip

Having spent a lot of Thursday and most of today 'prepping', I'm ready for tonight's class. However, 10 hours of preparation for 3 hours of lesson is unsustainable so next week I'll need to rein it in a bit!

In other news, Bella woke with a temperature of 40+ C so had a day in bed. I even managed to be slightly sympathetic!
