Driving home

Stopped to check my phone on the way home just after a nasty hail storm. Thankfully this was as bad as it got and the rest of the drive was calm and clear.

Had just finished teaching my second tai chi class of the day, this evening it was the usual Wednesday night beginners class - they're really coming on now, doing great. The first class was at lunchtime and was a demo for the physio department at our local hospital. I was a bit nervous about doing this but they were very positive and agreed that what we teach at our class for Arthitis Care is in line with what they do. Good to know that we're all singing from the same hymn sheet.

One thing is for sure, after 3 hours of tai chi today I will sleep well tonight!
