New Strap

Worried about dropping the new camera I decided to get a wrist strap for it. With the costs of a nice wrist straps particularly high, £20 and upwards, I decided to make my own for £2.50.

It is made from:
A four strand weave of two leather thongs. Another leather cord bound to the bottom to loop around a small split ring which links to the lug on the camera.

Hopefully I don't regret the cost cutting. I will be putting it through several drop tests with kitchen weights before I am truly happy. Also the leather is rather stiff. I might try again with 550 paracord.
