Sunday's sojourn produced this little Savoy beauty.  As today is the UK Brassicas and Leafy Salad Conference in Peterborough; what, you didn't know?  I thought it pertinent to consume it tonight.   So you won't know about the Leek Growers Agronomy or the Onion Growers Association Conferences in the next few months either.  Don't say I don't share the best of information with you,

Posh Dogs with Apple and Cabbage Coleslaw.  As I only grew the cabbage (savoy) and the apples (cox orange) I can't say what the provenance of the posh dogs are.  Chelsea maybe?  I suspect they were called Clara and Hubert.  Pugs beware!
