Happy birthday Mum

Today is my mums birthday, so I said I would pop down and have lunch with her and dad but that I would take lunch.  I completely forgot that I promised I would take lunch  but it did occur to me on the way home from London last night that I hadn't arranged anything!  thank goodness for a neighbour who is in the catering business!!  She whipped up a lovely chicken salad and did homemade pate and bread to take with me.  Mum loved it and Dad rather enjoyed the pate!  Phew

Spent the rest of they day catching up with work and doing worky things.  Early start again tomorrow, off to the office for meetings and more meetings.
