Time to sleep
Emergency type blip.
Fitness/movement tracker that I was given (early) for my birthday. I usually wear it clipped to the top of my knickers (as we say in these parts). But when I want to use it for a sleep tracker, I put the orb bit into the watch casing. That way I don't wake myself up with a stabbing pain!!
I'd been noting on a USA based Facebook that my wee "ordinary" pedometer had been re calibrated recently with E's help but that had a far higher step count than this electronic one. But the electronic one seems not to register steps unless you have a definite stride going on. I've written and asked about sensitivity adjusting.
