Labeled Bike

Holland is a country with probably the most bicycles on earth, no problem so far, but...

A lot are being stolen and just dropped somewhere, creating endlessly parked bikes that no one ever removes again.

The police is not allowed to just remove them so they came up with this labeling solution.

If the sticker is still on the wheel in one month time they know it's not being used and they can remove them.

Curious if it will work.
