Had planned to take a picture at training last night but couldn't find something 'interesting' to record so came home with a blank camera memory. Didn't find anything on the journey back either.

Then early this morning saw this and felt 'chuffed' the girls had clearly taken on board some of the things we'd been working on. Also pleased that they'd wanted to tweet that fact.

Makes you feel it was all worthwhile
