Fruit buns

Today the school bakery had an order for 850 of these buns.
This lot are ready for the oven. They are so methodically laid out in trays of 35. On neat rows of 5 to make them easy to count. I love the organisation and symmetry.
They also had orders for veg puffs, coconut buns and butter buns. A really busy place
