Who was this Mary that was able to obey such a command?
I would not have the courage to do so.

Imagine.

The things she saw and the things she had to experience.
The things she held within her own heart and the words she had to hear.


All that pain.


And joy.


To love your Savior as a son but to grasp the knowledge that HE was your savior, after the years of wiping away his tears, picking him up after he fell, and rocking him to sleep.



Then what about Joseph?

Imagine.

Did he ever question if he was being good enough of a father to this son that has been named Messiah? If he was really doing the right things?

The things he had to sacrifice in order to take in a woman who bore him a son that is not of his own.
And the way he protected them.

Such love.


Why?

What happened to him after?



The things he had to see.



Such courage.






Do I have the same courage and heart as them?
