Vixens !

What a brilliant day ! The kids and I went to help friend and business partner Rich Smith out with a coaching session he was giving at Sundorne Sports Village in Shrewsbury.

He was coaching a group of ladies who are taking part in a team time trial, they have named their team 'Vixens' based on a mix of their christian names. It was nice to see them improving their technique while enjoying themselves.

I wish them 'Good Luck' with their event and with all their cycling in the future :)
