First day of taking ginseng paste. Hard to tell what made the difference today: aftereffects of weekend, support, ginseng, coffee, light box, friends, Lauren, more red and glitter (yang energy), all of them or none of them?
According to acupuncture man it's about getting more yang (male) energy in my life and then conserving it.
More sparkle and red in life is good anyway. Bought this ribbon for 50p in the art shop yesterday along with the felt.
Morning and evening messages to/from Lauren on school days is giving us both a huge lift. She spontaneously facetimed me this evening, hooray!
