Hello wrist

Look no cast, it was good for all concerned that it came off today, I might have swung my arm in frustration if I had to keep it on. The doctor was very happy with the way it had knitted together. Hooray. Now need to build strength back and encourage the soft tissue to relax and work again.

A day of appreciating the many good things in my life and being thankful. I guess that is one of the effects of working for Soundabout you see people living day to day with such difficulties it puts into perspective your stuff.
